History

EA Architecture & Design, Inc. is a local architecture firm that has been providing service to the Bloomington-Normal community for over 20 years. Robert Edwards founded the firm in 1992 and established Edwards Architects, LLC which operated as a sole proprietor firm until 2002 when Russell Arbuckle began his internship. In January 2009 Russell became the sole owner of Edwards Architects, LLC and in April 2014 Nathan Elliott accepted a partnership position. The firm was renamed to EA Architecture and Design, Inc. in January 2015. The company is small and agile allowing for the opportunity to provide architectural and design services in an array of fields ranging from the smallest home renovation to the largest industrial sized building.

Russell and Jeff bring physical construction experience to the design table, amounting to over 20 years of field experience. This expertise allows us to offer clients the very best representation before and during project construction. We are able to compete with large corporate firms by cultivating professional alliances with other local professionals to create a team of architects, engineers, designers, and contractors.
