Russ has over 31 years experience in the building and architectural fields. Having come from many years as a practicing construction contractor, Russ brings a unique set of skills and expertise to the practice. He relies heavily on his on-site experiences throughout the design and detailing of a project. Russ takes great pride in his ability to relate to the client and explain the various systems and parts of a construction project, and how those parts interact with one another.
Nathan has over 20 years of work experience in the architectural field. From compiling details and drawings as an intern-architect, to leading the project design through project completion, Nathan has provided his knowledge and leadership in many capacities.
Jeff has been in the design and construction industry from the time he graduated from the University of Illinois in 1989. He focused on residential construction working for homebuilders in the Peoria area serving in a variety of capacities including home designer, project manager, project superintendent, estimator, and carpenter. Jeff began designing for EA Architecture & Design, Inc. in 2008 on a part time basis and shortly thereafter became a full time employee. He oversees the complete production of a project's design and documentation as well as seeing the project through to occupancy.
Keith is near the beginning of the path in becoming an Architect. He has performed several tasks in this field during his time including the digitization of hard copy drawings, creating as-built drawings, and compiling project documents. He has a passion for sustainable design and modernism. His minor in construction management allows an avenue of understanding between the processes of construction and the planning of architecture.
